About this form

Our goal is to be as diverse as possible, so please answer the following questions. If selected, we will reach out with a Model Release Form and further details about the photoshoot. Please note that you must be +18 years of age to participate in this project. If you have any questions regarding the project, please send an email to bruinlife@media.ucla.edu

Further details about this project

Individuals who end up participating in this project will be asked to schedule a photoshoot that will take place in our photo studio. Participants will be photographed in the nude in a 30-60 minute photoshoot. Participants will be given access to their digital files once the project has concluded for that given season.
